Orientation 2023-2024

 

Kindergarten Orientation begins at 9:00 a.m. August 11, 2023.  Important classroom information is given, students meet their teacher and visit their classroom. All necessary documents must be on file at this time. AT LEAST ONE PARENT MUST ATTEND for students in Kindergarten.

ORIENTATION GRADES 1-12
ALL STUDENTS AND PARENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT MEETING.
Grades 1-4 at 10:00 a.m. August 11
Grades 5-6 at 11:00 a.m. August 11
Grades 7-12 at 7:00 p.m. August 10

Books and supplies and schedules will be given to the students, and they will meet their teachers at this time. Important student information will be given as well.

The matriculation fee which includes textbooks, supplies, facility, class, and activities is due on Friday, August 11, 2023.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL:  AUGUST 14
Class Schedules
Grades 5 - 12  from 7:55AM – 3:00 PM.
Grades 3 - 4 from 8:00AM – 2:45 PM.
Kindergarten - 2nd from 8:00AM – 2:30 PM.

Early morning care drop off at 6:30 a.m. No charge.

After School Hours: We expect students grade 4-12 to be picked up promptly after school. The school cannot be responsible for students who remain after dismissal.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN OUR EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY PROGRAM?
Afterschool is available to grades 4-12 and is from 3:00 to 4:00. This is an opportunity to get homework done while waiting on parents.  Extended day is available to K-3 through 3rd grade. Extended care starts at 3:00 and lasts until 6:00 P.M.
The charge for this is $2 per hour. There is a penalty fee for picking your child up later than 6:00 P.M.
